3. Discipline to be observed by parents, guardians with students and teachers.
Rules of Code of Conduct
01. Exclusive Disciplinary Code for Male Students
1.1 Regulation of Hairdressing:
Hair should be cut evenly. Cutting the lower part of the head more and the upper part less, in a different shape, or cutting the front and back of the head is a serious offense against school discipline.
1.2.Rule of Masking:
Students who grow beards and mustaches should keep them fully trimmed. Shaving the beard-mustache into a shape for any reason and to a lesser extent is prohibited.
1.3. Male Students Uniform Rules :
1.3.1. Shirt (Cert) :
(a) Neck size should be such that the collar can be buttoned.
(b) Sade's hand width should be 2 inches from the hand.
(c) Shat's arm length should be 2 inches from the elbow.
(d) Chet's chest and waist
should be loosely spaced by more than 4 inches.
(u) School logo should be completely over the shirt
1.3.2. Trousers (Rouser) :
(a) Width of waistband should be 1.5 inches.
(b) When wearing a leg shirt, the waistband
should be straight to the elbow and the hat should be close.
(c) There
should be 2 creases on the front of the leg shirt, downwards from the waist band.
(d) Width should be seen with a gap of at least 3 inches at the thigh.
(u) The quarter must be 14 inches wide.
1.3.3. Shabbat (Shoe)
(a) Black long socks should be worn
(b) Wearing black colored, round
toe shoes made for school students only.
02. Exclusive Disciplinary Regulation for Girl Students
2.1. Uniform Rules for Girls Students:
2.1.1.Top shirt:
The top should be worn half way between the ankle and the ankle.
2.1.2.
Pants: Pants should be ankle-length, 4 inches loose at the quarter , and 3 inches loose at the hem.
2.1.3.Burdha : Long burdha should be worn so that the wrists can be covered normally.
and wearing a veil so that the eyes are fully visible
2.1.4.
Female students should wear white long socks and white shoes .
2.2. Ethical norms related to beauty
2.2.1. Eye make-up (Nulanadicharala), use of Nulanadicharala pencil, application of lip color,
application of unnecessary face paints - coming to school while wearing or using Ayamanari Oosananaya
, or during school hours,
is an act that violates the code of conduct.
03. Student Credit Regulations
3.1. Must arrive at school before 7.15 am.
3.2. Do not go out during school hours without permission.
3.3. A letter from the guardian should be brought for the days of absence from school.
The above guardian letter should be notified to the class teacher in person or by phone within two days
.
3.4.
Students who do not attend school without a valid reason shall not attend school during school hours for any other purpose on that day .
04. General rules of conduct relating to the conduct of students
4.1. Always be united with fellow students.
4.2. Respect the teachers and follow their advice.
4.3. Full cooperation should be given to the umbrella activities.
4.4.
It is prohibited to stand or move outside the classroom for any reason during the lesson except the break time .
4.5. If students have any needs or problems,
they should first complain to the teacher.
4.6. Any responsibility given to students by principals
should be done well.
4.7.
The school administration should cooperate with the school administration in any activities that take place in the school . Responsible performance of the duties assigned to the student.
4.8. Students are expected to maintain peace in the classroom, otherwise disruptive shouting and
fighting are unethical activities.
4.9. Students attending special evening classes
should not engage in any activities that may bring the reputation of the school into disrepute.
05. Regulations regarding male-female student relationship status
5.1. For any reason, male and female students standing alone or in groups in the school and talking, meeting in places not related to learning is a disorderly crime that can cause suspicion on the respective student.
5.2. During evening special learning activities, students are not allowed to go alone or in groups to any place other than designated places within the school.
5.2. Membership of male and female students to create exclusive social media is a violation of school discipline.
None of the above terms. The following disciplinary actions will be taken against students who violate the disciplinary rules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
1st time : Make them realize their mistake and advise them not to do it again Mandatory 1st copy record in disciplinary book in this regard.
For the 2nd time: Repeating the mistake by the student is a criminal offense and informs the parents about this matter and advises the student to correct it. Recording of 2nd warning in disciplinary book.
3rd Offense: Ban the student from school for 2 weeks as per the Student Disciplinary Guidelines. A record of punishment was obtained in the disciplinary book, subjecting students to court action if they violated it.
06. Students Protection of School Property Disciplinary Regulations
6.1. It is a serious offense for a school student to bring a non-student into the school for any reason. The school administration should be notified when someone visits.
6.2. The internal and external environment of the school should always be kept clean and waste materials should be properly managed. Bringing polythene envelopes inside the school is prohibited.
6.3. Causing minor or major damage to any object considered to be the property of the school by oneself or at the request of another person, impairing its value, damaging it, breaking it, taking it out of the school, looting it is an offense causing damage to public property.
6.4. School materials should not be handled without the permission of the Principal and Principal. Goods transported for use with due permission should be handed over to the in-charge. The student himself/herself receives the missed items and must submit an equivalent replacement item.
6.5. Proper use of school toilets and drinking water should be done. In case of committing crimes like throwing stones, breaking the water pipe, it should be corrected by the student's parents.
A student who violates the provisions of paragraph 6 above shall be subject to impartial judicial proceedings which may result in judicial sanction. I am also well aware that action will be taken by the police in connection with this offence.
07. Any special decision taken by the Disciplinary Committee of the School
shall be strictly adhered to.
